They worked very hard for me did the impossible I was convicted and sentenced to 30 months with a public defender. Every other lawyer said they couldn't help me. I proclaimed my innocence on this case. By the grace of God and the Appellate courts I had my conviction overturned. Tom worked very hard and got the case thrown out. He will give his best opinions to you whether or not it benefits him financially. They care about you and work hard. If I ever need a lawyer again or if anyone asks he will be the lawyer I will go to or recommend!

I called and was told Rose was away from her desk, and she would return my call and after a couple days of no contact I called back as Mr. Kohlmeyer was personally recommended to me for my case. Tom Hagen is the best lawyer I've ever worked with he's got a sparkling personality in and outside the courtroom and gives great legal advice as well I was accused of felony domestic assault by strangulation gross misdemeanor interference with a 911 call and 3 other charges and mr. Tom hagen managed to get all the charges to a simple misdemener with only 2 years probation

Tom Hagen is a joke he botched my appeal over termination of my parental rights twice is one week. He has a pending board case right now from that case and I will win the case. Keep papers away from me for two months and never told me the appeal had problems until it was officially dismissed then just have up. He did more work on this case trying to save face then on the appeal. The worst of worst lawyers.

I was initially very pleased using this Law Firm as well as with the work my attorney Tom Hagen did. The reason for the low review is because of the events that happened afterward. Tom handled my case approximately 6 years ago. After the case was completed I was told by him to contact him about getting my parental rights back and that usually the time limit for that is 18 months. He informed me that whenever I decided to contact him that he would get the necessary paperwork I needed to proceed in getting my parental rights back and that it would be included in the cost. I don't even remember how many times I've called that office in the last 6 years and have heard nothing back!! Each time it was, he's unavailable took my number and never received a call back. A few times I was asked by his assistant I'm assuming for my email address and that the paperwork I needed would be sent to me within a day. That never happened! So here I still sit without the paperwork that I was promised to have that was included in the cost to retain him. To be told that this would be handled and the amount of times I've called over the years, and messages I have left him, and being told I would receive paperwork to my email and then don't get anything, I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and very unproffesional!!!

I understand that I put myself in an unfavorable position with a second DUI charge in 2008, but this firm made my experience much more troublesome and stressful than it needed to be. I would set up appointments with one of them (the red haired one) and confirm that time. When it came time to meet he would not answer his phone and not show up for the appointment. This was a day before my court date. A few weeks before my sentencing he had went on a trip to Spain and did not communicate with me that he would not be available for that time period in that stressful situation for myself. Again I understand this was my own problem that I had made for myself, but if you pay the money to have someone make this situation less stressful, you would hope they could make that happen. They did not. Would not recommend this firm.

Jason showed up late for my mediation, didn't prep, and was all talk.....I ended up going to another firm. He was nothing but arrogent. Afterwards, another person told me he screwed up his divorce and cost him thousands which he never corrected.

Jason Kohlmeyer helped me with my recent custody changes. He was always upfront with me about issues that I would become emotional about. Although there were times that we didn't see eye to eye on certain issues, Jason explained his reasoning behind his point of view and let me make the final decision. He took the emotion out and reminded me that we needed to go on facts and how to obtain those facts to win our case. I didn't get 100% of what I wanted, but I was told that it was unrealistic to get everything, and what I did get where the things that were most important to me.

I was referred to this lawyer by someone who works HR and was told that he was great. We Met with him and had a free consultation and he said if I collected X,Y and Z for him that he would take my case and he described in full detail what the next steps would be. I gave him what he needed and he seemed adamant in pursuing my case. I Kept sending information to him but soon it was one sided. I would leave messages and never hear back. I even sent an email asking if he still was interested in my case and received no response. I called and they were always unavailable. I was frustrated because he could not even face me to tell me he didn't want to pursue it. Instead he avoided me. Losing pay is not okay and the entire time he was ignoring me I could have spent looking for someone else. Very disappointed in how this was handled and it seemed very unprofessional in many aspects. I will advise the person who referred me to this office to no longer refer this business.

It was my pleasure to get to know Mr. Rosengren and his team, very professional and helpful crew. Chris Rosengren explained my rights and outcome before I even hired him as attorney. He was very helpful from the get go. He got the job done and now I can move on with my life. Work related injury and workers compensation can be very complicated and if you don't have the right attorney on your side, things can really go south from that point. This law office was very helpful and informative on helping me complete a settlement with my previous employer. Every time I called or emailed I was responded very promptly that same day. When I received a DWI, I instantly called Rosengren Kohlmeyer law office. I was set up with Mr. Hagen, who was friendly and reassured me that he would do his best to help me in this situation. Mr. Hagen was able to lower my sentencing to a Careless Driving. This while I thought I would have to go to a jury trial, however Mr. Hagen was able to get an amazing plea deal. I would recommend Mr. Hagen to anyone looking for a lawyer willing to work with you. Most of the negative reviews seem like more complaints that are related to the court system not the lawyers themselves.

I contacted Tom Hagen for a DWI. He was happy to take my money and that's where the happy stopped. He would not take my phone calls and he even sent another attorney to my court hearings. I insisted on additional testing and he would not assist me. My parents were also disappointed that he would explain things to them when they attended appointments with me. (By the way you have to schedule an in office appointment to speak him and listen to bald guy swearing upstairs). Waste of time waste of money. I could have walked into court and asked for a plea deal myself and that is exactly what he did. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Did not prepare me for the situation when we actually went to court. Outcomes and explanations where given only in a room at the court not talked through at the office when we had time to prepare for what we wanted to do. Worked out a deal the day sentenced to gave us little time to choose what we wanted to do. Then sat outside court room when we could have been talking over situation. Thomas seemed irritated when we did not make a quick decision. Felt thrown under the bus afterward and should not have gone with them.

Chris Rosengren handled my workers compensation claim. I had a serious work injury and was unable to work. The adjuster for the insurance company paid my claim for awhile, but then denied it for no good reason.The insurance company was looking out for itself. I had no money coming in so I contacted Chris. He spent a lot of time explaining everything and put my fears at ease. He is a very experienced attorney and his paralegal used to work as an adjuster. They quickly requested a hearing and got my wage loss benefits paid. My employer could not bring me back to work, so I ended up getting a settlement. I would suggest calling Chris if you want to find out what your rights are.
