I went to Anderson Law Firm and had Danielle DiFiore. I highly recommend her!!! I had a dissolution along with custody to be established on our daughter. Danielle is super witty! She knows her stuff by heart and is extremely professional! My ex had plenty of money to use at her disposal to get a good lawer and try and get crazy stipulations in place. Danielle DiFiore new graduate from FL. She does not have the power to talk, and her body language indicates the weakness and lack of confidence in the courtroom. You will lose money from emails back and forth and stupid phone calls. Lost the money, the time, and the cases. I would never and ever recommend her!!!

Anderson law firm is great, specifically Danielle! She made such a dreadful event much simpler than the horror stories I have heard with divorce or custody battles. She knows the laws very well and that shows in the court room. She never once left me hanging on any questions I had, they were all answered the same day I asked. She never had to dig through the file to remember specifics to my case. She really went the extra mile to take away the anxiety. She also seemed very fair on the charging aspect of things. She never missed a single hearing or any other mediation appointment, ( unlike my ex's attorney). She seems to only take enough cases to work easily. No juggling clients or forgetting your case. I would recommend her 100%.

Carl handled my divorce in 2003. He supported me as needed through mediation, but when mediation failed he took full control. To save me money he had me write the first draft response for court where alimony was to be determined. His professionalism and expertise was outstanding, especially in contrast to my ex-wife's attorney. Carl handled the QDRO from my IBM pension in about 1/4 the time I expected. My alimony wound up being less than 10% of what my exwife wanted in mediation where I had offered her 1/4 of her request. What I saved in alimony covered his fees many times over.

In my opinion, the staff at Anderson Law invariably knew exactly what needed to be done when I needed legal advice during a divorce. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like I could count on them to give me the legal guidance I needed to proceed. They were honest at giving me insight from a legal standpoint, even though it may not have been what I wanted to hear. The years of practice have given them the predictability to avoid delays and wasted resources.
