Their phone directory suggests they are mostly a collections firm. Unfortunately I never made it to the point of hiring them, because despite their friendly staff and the reviews touting their assistance regardless of cost, I was told they required a consultation fee to even talk with me.

I pay these people on a debt I have every month, I have to beg for any documentation sent to my home and every time I call to make a payment, Jorine is rude and rushed with me. If I'm late one week on a payment, they threaten to garnish my wages. These people are not nice.
