They told me the things I needed to provide, did research on their own, and came up with a pretty accurate representation of my debt, although a debtor or two did not provide information in a timely manner. Everything they told me that would happen did, almost exactly like they said it would. But they didn't stop their, they stay in communication, and have stayed on top of the case as much as you would expect for their reasonable fees.
