Tom Manion was handling one of my families estates. The correspondence I have had from him and his staff has been very unprofessional. He sent out a letter and my sisters name was spelt wrong and my address was wrong, which in the end he ended up sending a check to an address I have not lived at for over 2 years. I would have thought he would have called or made sure that the addresses that were listed were correct. He also filled out a tax form for the heirs of the estate that ended up being the wrong tax form and it has been a month and a half since this was discovered. I have called twice to ask where the new tax form is so that I can finish filing my taxes and asked for him to call me back. I have not heard from him.

I grew up in Lanesboro, thought Tom and his staff were good until I actually had to deal with him this year. I and a few other members in my family are very displeased with the professionalism of him and his staff.
