Kimball, I am so disappointed in your counsel. I put my faith in you, and at least $12,000. Now, I’ve had to retain another attorney to find out that you and your para completely missed VERY important details on the last redline version. You said it was “legitimate.” I only found out three weeks later that Kim and his para missed two GIANT details on the final version:

1. I am liable for all attorney fees going forward related to this case. ($1,200 so far).

2. We agreed to 50:50 physical custody. Final draft: sole physical custody to ex-spouse.

To say that you failed your duty as an attorney would be too kind. Your “counsel” to me was disadvantageous. I would have fared better pro se.

He's a fine lawyer and a terrible human. Expensive too! Hob nobbing with the big wigs of family court. Whatever it is that you decide to do don't make the same mistake I made ...absolutely Do Not Be a Man here in Mn.if you are ....then forget about being a father! People pay Top dollar to slick fellas and their bitter paratroopers like this to fabricate elaborate lies that make us Fathers an easy Target. When they are buddy-buddy with the entire county roster, well lets just say as a former Father I never thought I'd have to grieve the loss of a child who isn't dead..

For starters, his paralegal is more than rude and uncooperative, which makes her very good at her job if you're not on the wrong side. Kimball himself could be paid off to do anything you'd like him to do, even if its 100% wrong/inhumane/illegal/morally wrong etc... I wonder how these two sleep so peacefully at night doing what they do to some people, not my problem though, enough said.

Mr. Orwoll is a great attorney. He represented me in a very complex and emotionally difficult child custody case.

Kim was there for me through the years and was more than professional and knowledgeable. He and his assistant, Nancy, have always been extremely helpful and supportive in all my experiences. I can’t imagine having gone through any of it without them. Also, my need for a kind word, a friendly face and gentle nudging was just what I needed. I still stay in touch with Kim and his office from time to time. I would most definitely refer anyone who asks to his office.
