I would not recommend using this firm. As a former client, they do not live up to their own web page advertised commitment to client satisfaction. I hired them years ago to help with my sister's estate. As part of her estate, there was an uncollected judgment that they agreed to take on a contingency fee (essentially a commission basis) so I was not charged anything for it. Years later, they sent me a bill for that collection and I explained to them why it was in error (the billing person indicated they had inherited a system full of problems) and for a couple of more years I heard nothing further until a couple of months ago. Once again I explained the situation but they persisted in not believing me and threatened to take action against me.
They apparently don't keep good records, or have records to back when this occurred, and they never followed up by checking with the attorneys who did the work (all had left the firm by this time). I had to dig up proof that I didn't owe them money and fortunately I was able to find some old emails in an archive database.
I sent them this information and asked for 3 things. 1 - to drop the erroneous billing charge, 2 - to apologize for the grief they put me through, 3 - to insure me that my credit rating was not impacted by their error or if it was that they would take action to correct it. What I got back was no response whatsoever. I contacted them again to find that they did drop the billing charge but I had to pursue this with them while all the time I'm left hanging to worry about defending myself in court against the very firm I hired (and paid on time) to do a service for me (really for my sister's estate).
I have let them know in no uncertain terms I am not a satisfied client but that apparently doesn't really concern them. All they seem to care about is money, and as I former client, I would hope they would trust and care about the people who hire them better than this. It reflects poorly on them and it is why I would recommend you go elsewhere for services.
