This place calls me and leaves a message. My phone shows it as "spam". Then they want me to give them my full name. Why would I do that? Then they would be able to call back and ask for me by name. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!

Wow! Very unprofessional. How are these people in business? I received a check FROM THEM, and it just says "overpayment." Overpayment for what? From whom? If I cash this check, am I signing my rights away to something? The first time I called I got some woman with a heavy foreign accent asking me to verify a bunch of personal info. I don't know who they are, so I'm not going to give them any personal info other than my name which they already have. When I asked if they were in the USA, she said no. Then I get transferred to her supervisor and when asking him to transfer me to someone in the USA, he disconnects me. Not really instilling confidence that this isn't a phishing scam. So I call back and this time I get someone in the USA, but they can't find any info on where this "overpayment" came from. The woman "Suzanne" transfers me to "Suzette Morgan," but she too, cannot find any reference info and wants to go ask someone. But instead of putting me on hold, she sets the phone down, or basically drops it. Is this the 60's? You don't have HOLD on your "professional" phone line? Then she says she is going to have to call me back because she wants to verify some info. Still seems real fishy to me; but okay. So within just a couple of minutes she calls me back and told me the name of the company, which I recognized, who sent a bill to collections in error. Good ole Obamacare. I told them it was an error MONTHS ago, but I paid the bill. What a bunch of absolute inept yahoos.

I had a debt that wasn't that big from a few years ago from a time I was not in good shape. I called up to pay it. I was polite, and they were very professional and quick. I wouldn't exactly say I enjoyed this , but it was professional and painless. I will probably update in 2~3 months in regards to my credit report being updated as paid.

Update: Reported collection paid on my credit report within the first month after payment. Thanks

Yes I had to pay a bill. Yes I owed the money just had issues that were more important to do. I called TSA up and was pleasant with the customer service representative....people have to remember the 1st person you talk to can only do certain things. ..people seem to always trash the people who answer your call. Don't chew on them, I've found out that if you're nice and pleasant with the low person in the loop you'll have a more pleasant experience and they're more likely to help. Remember calls are recorded and they type in notes for the next person to see.

As for my call it was very pleasant and went smooth. The customer service representative was very polite and helpful. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I had to pay money and nobody is perfect.
