I called Reif & Kendall to see if they could do new power of attorneys for my dad, which they told me they did. I was asked if dad's medical power of attorney had been activated, which I didn't know at that it had been. I was informed if it had been activated that a new one could not be done and that they couldn't help me. This was false information, not only can an existing medical power of attorney be revoked at any time and a new one done... with the help from a different attorney, who knew what he was talking about, I was able to help my father revoke his old one and put a new one in place as is his legal right!

Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this attorney who gave false legal advice on something she knew nothing about!!!
