First things first...I spoke to my case manager today Nicole in a scheduled telephone meeting. Absolutely professional, curtious, clear, understanding, apathetic and answered my questions to the best of her knowledge. I understand that the law firm is busy and must attend to cases in the order which it was received and that understanding has given me the patients to expect the time that was needed to process my claim. Still some work needed but, I am totally confident that they will do everything in their power to get my much needed disability claim approved. Thanks Hoglund and thanks Nicole. Rob Komar
