In their eyes you are guilty until you can prove your innocence. Showed bias in favor of the City of Oshkosh. Would rather you take the prosecuting attorney's offer than defend you. And this was recommended before he even looked at the video, listened to my witness, or myself. Would also rather sit you in front of a judge instead of a jury. Ineffective counsel!

Do NOT hesitate to retain Peter Culp as your attorney if your considering any discrimination/employment/lawsuit issue. He is a Very smart man and really knows what he is doing and I am happy I chose him!
