David Shultz is extremely rude! I called about a Tenant Land Lord issue not ONLY DID HE NOT LISTEN he kept spueing stuff irrelevant to my issue and wasnt helpful at all! Even had the nerve to say he was doing me a favor by calling back!!! Waste of time look for someone who will actually listen to the issue at hand instead of talking!
