There's a reason this guy's name is Goldin! Cause he's GOLD in the court room! He has represented me in court more than a few times and has always taken great care of me. There was actually a time when he went way out of his way to help me out with a problem I had in Omro... He taught them what lawyering is all about. Update: as of today things are moving forward in a positive form. Actions were taking on his behalf to show that his client does matter and is important. Hopefully that continues :)

Attorney goldin may have taken too much on his plate, as he doesn't have time for his current clients. He doesn't return phone calls, or requests to meet with attorney from inmates, after they have already paid them. I have called several times to inquire about my fiance who is having to sit 3 months without Huber before sentencing when he was told 30 days. When I said my fiance name a few days after he was put into custody, attorney goldin replied with "he is out of town correct?" ...no he is currently in JAIL waiting to hear back from his attorney so we can figure out what is going on. The lack of professionalism has been beyond words. While sitting in the courtroom I happened to be sitting behind him, all he was doing was looking at Craigslist on his phone on his lap. I do believe looking at watches. That should be done on your personal time not in court. My fiance has been in jail waiting for sentencing for 21 days now. In that 21 days I have called 10 times and left messages and never received a call back. My fiance has put in more than one request to meet with his attorney with no luck.

I hired Attorney Goldin to represent me on two different traffic matters. He did a great job. He made me feel that he I was in good hands. Although the court system can be intimidating, Attorney Goldin made is much less so. I have been a repeat client and would hire him again!

I hired Matt Goldin to defend me in a case and he missed a meeting with me and the DA office and he also did not know about my court date till the day before. The only way he found about my court date is because I called. After court that day he proceeded to ask me for more money. It was the first court date and he didn't do any work on my case. I'm out my retainer fee and had to hire a different attorney. I highly recommend not to hire him and find anybody else to defend you. He wants to get paid to do nothing at all.

In October 2014 I had attorney William Lennon as my court appointed attorney. He represented for a disordely conduct. If you are looking for attorney that is their to DEFEND YOU not District Attorney, DON'T HIRE WILLIAM LENNON! Heres why? When I first met him, he didn't give me time to explain what happened that got me arrested, all he said was," dont worry im on your side we need to go in the court room" He repeated that phrase anytime I spoke to him. I decided to go to trial, cou[ple days before trial the DA decided at 4:00pm on Jan 14, 2015 to ask the judge for a hearing on January 15th 2015 at 9:00am. UMM? how am I going to know with no notice, he scheduled this surprise hearing for the next day in the morning. Attorney William Lennon, my attorney, who never called me threw out this case, appeared in person 1 hearing, and phoned in 1 hearing and didn't show some of my hearings, never called me to tell me! He sent a letter, hey william I didn't get your letter until 3 days after the hearing. The judge asked my lawyer where I was and guess what he said? Your honor I hate to talk ILL about my client but I attempted to call her, and I sent a letter and she didn't respond. Infact william Lennon went to tell them I failed to communicate with him. The judge issued a bench warrent for me! I was in school, in class! He calls me to let me know I have to report to jail! I sat 4 days in jail, and to top it all off, the judged ordered me to pay 400.00 cash to get out! How funny the girl that went to see the judge after me was asking for a low bond and she had been arrested for her 3rd OWI 1 week after her 2nd! She had a 300.00 dollar bond. The judge told my husband if William Lennon didnt say that about me I would not have been put in jail, It would have been rescheduled. To top it all off he sent me a bill for 1,382.00. I called asking for him to take off 400.00 because I wont see that money back It goes o his bill! They said no. So I am letting anyone that will listen, Look somewhere else, you want defense, not to be put in jail!
