Working with Amy to get our Living Trust and numerous other legal docs to insure our kids have everything in order for our estate to make it hassle free. Great advice and direction and most importantly a comfort of knowing we wont put anyone thru the fun we have watch so many others go through with the loss of loved ones. Amy and the staff turned everything around in a few weeks!

Schloemer law firm was very professional in their work for us. Things got reviewed to make sure they were what you wanted before finalizing. Would recommend them for your lawyer needs.
Amanda and her team are professional and approachable. They provided timely responses to our questions, have an incredibly organized process for delivering on their services and are able to explain legal documents in a way the general consumer can understand. If you need legal services, contact Amanda.

I recently updated my estate planning and needed some extra guidance through a property transfer. It was not an easy task but attorney Amanda Follett made the process an easy one. She was very knowledgeable about the options available to me, we discussed the pro’s and con’s and I was able to make informed decisions that I am very happy with. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I was always kept informed of the process and estimated completion date. I would highly recommend Schloemer Law Firm and attorney Amanda Follett !

Our experience doing estate planning with Attorney Isaiah Richie and his team was pleasant and helpful. They explained options, advantages and disadvantages, and the let us make the decisions. They were patient and understanding when we were slow in responding. Overall, a very good experience and recommended.

Our experience in working with Atty Amanda Follett in up dating our will was excellent. She was very knowledgable in every aspect we needed to cover with recommendations of best ways to cover different aspects of our will. It was also a very friendly & relaxing atmosphere when meeting with Atty Amanda. We will definitely continue using this law firm.

Since I first needed an attorney in my life and my dad took me to see Mr. Schloemer, possibly 30-40 years ago, I always felt that I would be taken care of by this firm and that I could trust their judgement, until recently. My parents had them put together a trust for their estate, that was suggested by Mr. Spella during a meeting which my wife and I drove down to attend with my parents, at their request. Mr. Spella really did a fine job that day explaining the pros and cons to my parents so they could understand and indeed they eventually decided to have the trust set up in the hopes of avoiding some of difficulties that my father had faced dealing with his father's estate when he passed away.
Well things did not exactly work out the way my parents had hoped. When they passed away, my father in July 2010 & my mother in February 2011. The firm was selected to finalize the estate and get things settled for my two sisters and myself. Although I was one of the trustees in the trust my one sister and myself were never contacted by the attorney handling the situation. When after months I demanded a meeting with the attorney by Friday of that week, I received an email from him at 9-9:30 PM Friday night stating that he was also frustrated with the actions of my one sister, who had supposedly been caring for my parents, and he suggested that my other sister and myself get private counsel to help us because he couldn't help us, because he represented my other sister. Well that was kind of shocking to me, to say the least. I understood that my sister in question was also a trustee, but so was I and the trust was paying for the costs of this so how could he represent only one and indeed one involved as a beneficiary too. Well my other sister and I did indeed get another firm to represent us and after close to $100,000 in legal fees and almost two years later we prevailed and were able to get the estate basically divided equally to all three of us, liked my parents had set up the trust to accomplish. They wanted to treat all of us the same after death like they had in their life. I hope that the firm has corrected what ever conditions existed to allow this type of thing to happen to a client, because I used to think very highly of the firm. But I currently would never recommend this firm to anyone, even though I used to and often did.
