Worst service ever!!! I have called 32 times and they refuse to call me back or refund my money.
UPDATE: I CALLED THE OFFICE AGAIN FROM MY CELL PHONE NO ANSWER 6 TIMES IN A ROW I CALLED THEN TRIED CALLING PRIVATE, THEY PICKED UP ONT HE 1ST RING. UNFORTUNATELY I NEEDED TO CINDY WHO HAPPENED TO BE WITH A CLIENT AT THE MOMENT AND UNAVAILABLE. I was promised she would call me back and a week later I had to take time off of work to catch someone in the office and then it was UNFORTUNATELY I NEED TO SPEAK TO CLAY WHO IS ALSO CONVIENTLY UNAVAILABLE. WHO KNOWS WHEN OR IF HE WILL CONTACT ME IT’S BEEN MONTHS AND 37 CALLS TO THE OFFICE AND 3 TRIPS THERE.

I work with law offices often. Worst ever. Handled my parents estate awful. Caused arguments and expense representing a simple 50/50 split of my parents estate on a will he wrote. Cost me tens of thousands of wasted money.

I used them once a few years ago. I called to ask them to check my file and have called over and over and keep getting " We will check and call you back. No today but probably tomorrow". And two weeks later still no call back.
