Will not ever do business with this woman not because of her, but because her secretary is so rude to customers seeking consultation

RUN AWAY. Not only is this woman extremely incompetent, we found her to essentially be negligent. I'm not sure how she has a law degree. She recommended that my Dad go to trail, risking 2 years in a federal prison. She refused to look into other options. We forced him to get a new lawyer, who quickly settled his case with only probation. We also learned that on several occasions HER SECRETARY WAS DRUNKENLY TALKING ABOUT HIS CASE to a neighbor around a bonfire. Their whole business lacks class. Seriously, run for the hills.

Monica and her office personnel of just one awesome secretary are top notch professionals. Ive had trouble finding legal help that gave me positive feelings towards my probate issues but not after today. My questions were answered with true confidence and from a very knowledgeable stand point. I may have to give 20 more reviews because this lawyer is definitely worth more then 5 stars.

Monica is knowledgeable and professional. She is accessible and returns my calls, answers all my questions, and provides all the support I need from an Attorney. She is local and I would recommend her to anyone.

She does not bill properly and will bill you 2-3 yrs after the services were rendered!

I can't even tell you how many people I've referred to Monica. Yes, the secretary is a little rough at first but if you talk to her more than 3-4 sentences, she is really a nice woman and does care about your situation. Monica went above and BEYOND for our custody case. I will admit, it was a close call when it came down to the 12 factors of child custody just because both parents did have a criminal record. Monica made sure to hit on every single detail that was discussed and written down during our pre hearing meetings and made very valid points to argue back. Every person I've talked to that has used her, has gotten what they've wanted- if not more. Like everyone has always told me "she's like a pit bull in the court room" and it is SO true. Very friendly & personable to her clients & is sure to give you straight up answers and doesn't beat around the bush with anything. Very upfront and will give you her thoughts on whatever she thinks the outcome will be and different areas you can make improvements in the mean time. I will always always ALWAYS recommend Monica Tissue to take the case for anyone I know.
