Stacy Flanery came highly recommended by Adult Protective Services (APS) upon APS’s opening a case of neglect and abuse against my Mother. It was clear even to APS that my Mother needed protecting and previous non-legal efforts to intervene had failed. Further, my Mother’s assets were being removed. I cannot say enough good things about Stacy Flanery’s performance to protect my Mother. I was awarded guardianship and conservatorship, and thanks to Stacy, it stayed that way until my dear Mother’s passing, in spite of numerous legal challenges that Stacy and I were confronted with.
