If you are looking for a good local lawyer try Mr Dan O’Neil. Comes across as very friendly and good person. I publicly thank you Mr O’Neil and Mr prosecutor for the good job you did for me (and not becuz the judge told me to haha) I own a professional service company and so I had a lot riding on being stuck with charges or then being dismissed. He has been around the block so he knows all about “the system”.

I had 2 misdemeanors (not talking 93 day) and got the case dropped to a delayed sentence and dismissal upon completion of probation.

Can be hard to get a hold of like any lawyer but will send you mail promptly on your case. If you want to go all the way to trial, I can tell you he doesn’t want to lose and do all he can.
