Entered a plea deal with out my consent. Then had to go in front of the judge and withdraw the plea. Fired him and asked for at least half my money back,his office assistant said I signed paperwork stating no refunds,which was a lie I hired him over the phone and never signed anything. He will just have you take a plea, that's why his commercial says he's never lost a case. Worst lawyer ever do not hire. Consider yourself warned of a scam artist with a license.

Dwight "Thousand dollars will make it go away" Carpenter. By "it" he means himself, your money and chances of winning your case. Hes rolled over on my dads case when he hired him; I hired him to oversee some paperwork...not only did he royally screw it up, he cost me about $2000 in the process.

I guess I somewhat deserve it for agreeing to pay him after seeing how much of a disaster he is in person. If not for his two aides he probably would forget to show up to court. I'm surprised he hasn't been disbarred yet.
