I would not recommend this attorney. The only reason I used him is because my father had him on retainer upon his death. My father died in February of 2015, so it will be 4 years this February, and attorney born is still working on the IRS tax issue. This attorney does not provide you with a billing statement on a regular basis unless you demand it. This attorney apparently has so many other cases that he can't get to yours. he consistently makes excuses why he hasn't done things. At one point the courts actually set a court date against him for taking so long on the estate. This attorney has anger issues when you confront him about his timeliness. Once when I question him about why things were taking so long, he chased me in the parking lot to scream at me. He was handling the estate of my deceased father at the time, so how rude is that when I'm grieving! I will be filing a complaint with the American Bar Association once I find a different attorney to finish the tax portion of the estate.
