Absolutely no common sense! Noones stories match up. Can't talk to a manager. Wrongful fees were charged. Possessions stolen from truck & denied they had them.

lol, they tried some underhanded trick to recover a vehicle during a meeting and it didn't work out for them at all....... #fools

I’m a transporter that picks up vehicles that have been repo’d. I don’t have any complains about anyone in the office but them damn yard workers are so lazy. I wait at least a half hour for them to bring one car out!! Sometimes up to an hour!! Time is money for transporters and this is very inconsiderate especially when we call an hour ahead so they “have the vehicle ready”. Not happy with customer service here.

I won a bid on a 2005 Chrysler 300 (Stock # 584596) on 11-27-18 on the pretense that the vehicle was a RUNNING vehicle. Buy Repos had this particular vehicle listed as a runner, starts/runs/drives. However, the vehicle DID NOT run when I arrived on 12-3-18 to pick it up. It wouldn't even crank over. I was there for 2-1/2 hours while Buy Repos had (2) different mechanics try to fix it but couldn't get it to crank over/start/drive.
One of the mechanics advised me to speak to Ken the owner as it's a non-runner.
I asked for Ken and Andrea said she is the manager that handles these things. She asked for me to wait a few minutes longer as she wanted another mechanic to look at it as they towed into the shop. I explained that I've already drove 2 hours to get there and have patiently waited or 2-1/2hrs while they try to get it to run. So I agreed to go grab some food and come back.
When I returned Andrea said it needs a starter. I specifically asked if they got it running, she said No. I asked what happens now? She said you bid on it as-is and have to pay for it in full. I disagreed as it was clearly listed wrong during the auction ending on Nov. 27, 2018 and what I bid on was as a running vehicle as they listed (see pic below - yellow highlight). She said she trusts her mechanics that said it ran during the pre listing. I asked if she would go back there, start the vehicle and drive it off their property for me so I can pay for the running vehicle that I bid on and won. She said that she can't, it needs a starter, it doesn't run. And further stated that if I didn't take possession of the vehicle that I would be banned and charged 5% of winning amount. I warned her that I had (3) separate video documentation of their mechanics unable to start and tell me it's a non runner and that if she tried strong arming me into this purchase that I would be forced to contact my attorney. She said to go ahead and have your attorney contact us as I will be banning you from our site and charging your credit card. Further telling me to leave the premises.

Just beware and protect yourself when dealing with this auction. I've bought several cars from here with no issues until now but won't be strong armed into buying something that was listed under different terms. Nevertheless, my attorney has been notified, credit card transactions that were fraudulently charged has been successfully disputed in my favor.
Lastly, Buy Repos has relisted that car (stock # 584596) on 12-3-18 as a NON RUNNER - STARTER HAS GONE BAD. STARTS/RUNS/DRIVES = NO

Don't let them strong arm you into buying something that was misrepresented.
And I feel strongly that they never told the owner Ken about my situation as I'm a business owner as well and care about my customers. Shame on you Andrea you lost a good customer.

I had to take a friends Daughter to get her car out, these people when I called were kind and accommodating. They close at three, I arrived after 3 and they still took care of her. Getting your car repossessed is probably NEVER a pleasant thing, but the tow driver that took her car was extremely nice and respectful. It is not their faults for what ever reason your vehicle gets taken, it is just their job. By the way, she had $100.00 cash in her car, was still in her car when we got to it! Honest Guys!

They stole power tools, hammers, rotary tool (new never opened) .speakers and a amp. 2 packages of files (never opened).. what kind of place are they running there...

Horrible customer service they lie about what times they are open I can't even correctly tell you what days they're open their tow trucks drivers will lie write to your face the leasing companies they work for are Crooks

went to office On Wicco to collect my belongings... I was not allowed to see my vehicle and collect my things at all.. instead they had me sign an inventory list of personal items they found ... they did not fill out ( blank) i could not get my personal items that were thrown a big garbage bag by someone who drove a truck to another location until i signed the items list paper... the lady at the window was very unprofessional cussing etc.. obviously her job is too stressful for her..... I would have likied to see my vehicle was not damaged in transport before agreeing to pay the money to get it back ( you never know what kind of wear and tear strangers so to vehicles that are not thiers). Also i wanted to take pictures to prove that i took care of it and no damage was due to me from my finance company. They were not letting that happen. anyhow after i signed the paper. i checked my bag i had a number of things missing. My stack of CD's i purchased and i can name everyone of them and the one in the cd player.. i received one and it was the only burned CD in the bunch. I was not allowed to get the trucks little black folder in the glove box that contained work done to the truck that i paid for that i stashed in their along with other important mail i had stashed in there with private information. they would not bring it to me just to get those receipts and paper out. My little plug in light ( dash light wire was riped into two the light detached off one side (Damaged). my car was repoed Sunday morning... i had placed $35 dollars in the center console 1-$20 a $10 and $5 ones Saturday night so i could get gas for work in the morning... i had the guy check 3 times because that was my gas money for the week --- MISSING!... he said it was not in there. I asked for my GPS tracker under the dash. and my floor mats i paid alot of money for.. the lady at the front desk said those belong to the car i couldnt have them back , even tho my truck never came with floor mats when i purchased it, just paper. i told her i purchased them and showed her the reciept after i complained about my other missing items she sent them back to retrieve my floor mats. It is the law that no one take anything personal from my vehicle when it is repoed for at least 10 days i was there on day 2!..... They are thieves andf if not them directly thier repo drivers are who work for them. i already wrote a letter and talked to my lender. this is bad business. I should not have my personal property or money stolen from me just because i fell on hard times and could not keep up my payments. Im not mad at all that my truck was taken .. that is the law.. but having my personal property tampered with and stolen is!

If I could give less stars I would! They towed my vehicle and damaged it beyond driving conditions, while I was picking my kid up from school. When I tried to report it... While still in THEIR parking lot, the lady behind the counter locked up shop and left! I literally picked it up within 24 hrs. I called everyday for two weeks and emailed video and pictures of the damage to my underbody and suspension. I feel like I paid 1200 to destroy my vehicle. The company I pay my loan through said they were going to have their VP to okay any repairs and then they deny any responsibility once in contact with me. I promise to never do any sort of business with them ever again.

Cars are described close to condition. I never drive over to inspect and should as it is recommended. If you are not a car person, you may not know what to expect from a repo item. If the owners of the items had the money for maintenance, they may have also made the payments.

They damaged my Truck and they are denying it

this company is just garbage they hire nothing but stupid employees who don't care about their life ready to get killed walking on someone's property they repossessed my car and their still back claiming it got stolen guy decides to throw a business card threw a open window with no permission I have kids what if that hit them in the eye see pictures below I have cameras and will see Michigan recovery services in court.

A good place to get a used vehicle's

Worst experience ever! Jordan went through my purse, got into my wallet and took my I'd out without my presence. Car was locked when they took it. My tire was flat and the car wouldn't start. They had to jump it and now my check engine light is on. Jordan was rude to the people ahead of me and then equally rude if not worse to me.

Must not pay their employees enough money... That they have to steal out of the cars.. Smh

They just went right on in and trespassed on my property opened up my gate and I had a huge beware of dog sign on gate why and the hell would you still enter someone's property? That's called trespassing and if you can't get a vechicle if the gate is closed and it's a sign up you shouldn't go in!!... What if my dog would have been outside this company is ruthless and will risk their butts to trespass on your property which should be illegal!

Stay off my property and keep your business cards to yourself

The first time I called about my car, I was told they couldn't tell me if they had it. Second time I called, I got the information needed, and was told the first person I talked to should've released the information to me. Well the second person I talked to stated my car was in Saginaw, So I drove up there to redeem it, I get there and I'm told the car is in Livonia(they even told my bank, they had it in Saginaw) When I spoke to the second person, I don't understand why they couldn't tell me. My Credit union released the papers at 11 and they never got the fax. It was faxed over 6 times and they still said they hadn't receive it, which pissed my bank off. The place closed at 3, and the nice guy Roy at the Livonia storage waited around until 3:30 and they never sent him the fax. I call at 4:30 and was told they've been had the fax since the morning. Thankfully for my bank, they told them not to charge me storage since miscommunication happened on there end. Would rate it 1 star, but the guys at the Livonia Location were more then helpful and went beyond their job duty.

They towed my boyfriends truck from our driveway. They only had it an hour, it was still on the flatbed! but our 3 expensive pool cues shafts and case were missing ($3800 worth)1st edition predator with extra shafts, mcdermott sapphire with extra performance i shaft, Nick Varner break cue and a Cowboy brown leather 3x7 case. I was so upset as I was going to play in a tournament in Vegas and my cue was gone
Very rude and did nothing to help. It HAD to be the driver, but they protected him. This happened last year. Now i have a friend who just told me today they did the same thing to them. They must be stopped!

SAGINAW LOCATION: Very rude and deliberately unhelpful office staff. Came here to retreive belongings from a family member's (family member is receiving medical care out of state) vehicle that got repossessed. Belongings were not ready when we got there, and staff made negative, insulting comments the entire time we waited (we were anxious and running late, not knowing the vehicle had been taken here when we set out to retrieve the belongings that morning from the vehicle's prior location, and our-- quiet and non-confrontational-- distress at the situation caused irritation to the staff).

Worst tow company, the guy broke my phone gave no papers when he towed the truck and said he doesn't care what the company does to him. Tried fighting me over a repos cause I asked for paper work.

These thugs illegally opened my garage door and pulled my vehicle out of my garage leaving tire tracks on my garage floor. They left my garage door up and metal gate open in front of my garage.
