I would like to thank Kimberly and her staff in handling my first time home buying experience with her law firm. Her and her staff were very polite and very professional. She even took the time to explain to me page by page about some documents I received from the seller, which by the way it was on her spare time to answer all of my concerns about those documents. She responded on every email and text that I had questions and concerns and I got answers. The closing went smoothly and on point with all of the documents that had to be signed. My husband and I have been trying to work with Kim on getting paperwork sorted out for land that has been gifted to us by my mother in law. She was recommended by my mother in law. It has been months and we have been unable to get the paperwork signed or even confirm that it is ready for us to sign. My husband has been calling the office since January this year to arrange a time to go in to take care of the paperwork and has only been able to speak to this attorney once, and is STILL waiting for a proper response on when we can finish the paperwork. I understand these things take time. But it’s been over 3 months now and I am very disappointed in how we have been treated and frustrated. Will be seeking out other options.

Ms Wells is one of the most unprofessional lawyers I have had the unfortunate circumstance to be associated with. Represents our family in a probate. She does not answer emails, does not return calls and has taken over two years to settle an estate that any other capable lawyer would have completed in 6 mos. I would not recommend her services to anyone!

Shouldn't be allowed to represent children.

Had two appt with her and she cancelled both on the day due to " unexpected closing." In all fairness, she offered to move the second appt up during the day, but my time is also scarce and valuable Ms. Wells. Not very professional.
