Had an employer put a stop payment on a check. A payroll check. We were told it was a civil matter however, section 109 05 states that is a class b misdemeanor to put a stop payment on a payroll they do not know their laws and they are not doing their job

Worst experience I've ever been through. The people representing you only look out for themselves and what is best for their career. You would have better luck talking to a brick wall. The wall would probably have more empathy than any of the people I've conversed with. Any victim of a crime reading this be sure to have alot of outside support. If I could rate them a zero I would.
