Complaint filed with NH Attorney discipline office 2009: Allegations include: conspiracy to commit fraud; violation of fiduciary relationship; broken confidentiality; and other "serious crimes". Complaint and appeal rejected on statute of limitations technicality but don't let that fool you, it's a corrupt system of lawyers protecting lawyers protecting themselves.
