James Mulligan was the worst mistake in my custody case. If your a man do not agree to have him as your GAL he's awful his only motions to the court will try to get more money after the court puts a cap on his fees. He will do nothing else but man hate and conduct inadequate investigations. I strongly do not recommend him on any custody case no matter small or uncontested it is.
