I hired Susanne Chisholm of Lawson Persson & Chisholm in Laconia NH to represent me in a case involving property in NH. Chisholm turned my case over to James Ball. Ball was inept and did not understand or represent me during hearings. When corrected on misunderstandings of the case, Ball was rude and dismissive. Highly ineffective, unprofessional and costly. I was charged over $8300.00 for less than 6 WEEKS of "service". I filed a lawsuit against them In Laconia court and lost the case because Ball is an unrelenting liar and the judge believed him. Call the NH Bar Association for attorney referrals. They will match you with an experienced attorney who will likely offer a free consultation. Good luck!
