These people helped my wife and I set up a trust to protect our property and estate. I found them to be highly responsive, well educated in family law, and willing to explain details of the rules and regulations involved in a way that a layman can understand. We later returned to this company for additional legal work based on our feeling of trust. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to a friend looking for qualified family law counsel in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, where waterfront property values are extremely high and intra-family legalities are sometimes complex.

This is a remarkably warm & friendly attorney group that also maintains a completely professional aura. We dealt with Mr James Cowles for the closing on our house & were more than satisfied with his manner & performance. They have assisted us with other matters also and will continue to handle all our legal matters
Unlike reviewers like the one who signed their name as "John Q. Public", I have no problem with identifying myself when I post reviews, good or bad. The firm Walker & Varney has been a legal practice I've done business with for years. Before me, my father did the same for decades. The firm has kept pace with the challenging estate issues that have arisen particularly in New Hampshire as lakefront properties increased in value 100-fold or more during the last 30 years. Randy Walker, Esq., has proven to be especially helpful to me and my wife in architecting our own solutions that define how our assets are to be handled as they pass from one generation to the next. He has represented other interests I am aware of, and they all speak highly of his intellect and integrity. These family-law issues are complicated--but important--stuff. You don't want your heirs to pay attorneys and related court fees for the probate process if you already know exactly how your want your assets to be handled. If you're trying to "sort it all out" the way we were a few years ago, find someone competent and trustworthy to help you. If your property is in New Hampshire, you'll likely find a very competent and helpful resource in this Wolfeboro-based firm. -- Brackett Tucker, property owner in Sanbornville, NH

These dirt bags are representing the Great Dane hoarder from Wolfboro Christina Fay. They are delaying the adoption process of these abused dogs and catering to this woman's sickness. Our state will pay a fortune to save these poor animals. Boycott attorneys with poor ethics!
