My son was arrested for an OUI (suspected marijuana) in Orono while enrolled at U Maine. Mr. Bly was super honest up front with our options and he was willing to do a payment plan to meet the set fee. He is the only attorney I have ever worked with who had a set fee and allowed a two part payment. 1/2 up front and 1/2 60 days later. This option allowed my son to be able to pay his bill--and was hugely helpful--no hidden costs or fees despite the length of the process.

Thru the entire 18 months from start to finish Mr. Bly and his team were helpful and supportive. The online communication portal is fabulous--a prompt and effective communication for both sides.

Laura was great in the office and always available to answer questions and explain the process of the court, BMV & DEEP. Nathan was calm and collected every time we trekked up to Bangor only to have court rescheduled.

When we finally made it to court--I was impressed with Mr. Blys performance, knowledge and dedication to understanding our case, the law and all its nuances. In the end, we won the case and my son was found NOT GUILTY.
