Mr. O'keefe doesn't care if the specific of your case, you'll be lucky if he know who you even are after you pay him the "flat fee" that covers everything that I did for him, because they didn't even filled out the paperwork properly the first few times. During my process he was so busy the whole time so I had to communicate with his secretary almost entirely , the few times that we had a chance to talk he had no idea of who I am and in what stage was my case. After I've decided to drop my case he still decided to charge me almost everything and refund me barely enough of what I paid.( only 300 of 2500) He show absolutely no interest of fighting for me and it seems like he did not give a damn about his clients after collecting his fee.
