absolutely stay away from this law office and Phillip Norris . We had contacted Phillip three months ago to help with a case in hopes of getting it dismissed . Upon our first meeting he practically had little to no answered to our question and had asked us to come back and took a $250 expense / deposit we came back and he immediately demanded 1750$ to further communicate about the case . After we paid him in full we did not hear from him for 2 months no calls no emails NOTHING we felt that it was best in our interest to no further work with him considering nothing was done , upon meeting with him in hopes of at least getting our funds back and hopes he would respectfully do the righht thing and allowing him to keep $250 deposit he basically robbed $1,000 and only returned 500$ because he felt entitled to a fee even tho he did absolutely nothing and I mean nothing he completely forgot about us and the case ! Please be warned about this office and do your research beyond this his answers where completely rude unprofessional and disrespectful .
