After needing a last minute attorney and searching for someone who could take the case with little time left I found Kristine Hanly. After she took a good amount of time out her day to speak with me and give me the advice I so desperatly needed, I knew she would be the right choice. She spent more than enough time meeting with me, asking important questions and listening to my concerns. Kristine even met with me on her day off/holiday to accommodate my busy work schedule. She made time for me and responded extremely fast to all of my emails and calls. After having that time with her to get everything prepared I felt very confident with her by my side. Following my arrest, I consulted a few different law offices in southern Maine, ultimately deciding on Kristine Hanly’s. Kristine met with me personally and worked around my schedule. While the other attorneys would not give straight answers when asked about possible best-case scenarios though were all-too-eager to provide the worst-case ones, Kristine patiently helped me understand the complete range of potential outcomes while also managing realistic expectations. Throughout our contact, she also maintained a constant professional empathy to the stress brought on by my case.

She also spared me multiple appearances throughout the duration of the case, reached out to private parties on my behalf, going beyond her duty as my attorney, and was able to work with my financial situation in scheduling payments.
Upon successful resolution of my case, Kristine made it clear that even though everything was resolved, she would still be available should I have any questions later on. While the whole situation was unfortunate, the one choice I made that I feel good about was contacting Kristine Hanly! I cannot recommend her enough!
