I am extremely disappointed with the service received here. During the appointment, both the lawyer and paralegal were speaking over us, treating us rudely (as though we should have had legal knowledge), discounting our statements, and trying to hurry us out of the office. After attempting to clarify conflicting information from the lawyer vs the paralegal over the phone, we were told that we would not be served further and our attempts to problem-solve were dismissed.

We have been with this company for 4 years or so now. I have to say it has majorly went downhill. The staff they have now is very rude, especially Adrianna Morales. If you try to ask questions because you do not understand the process or terminology you can expect answers such as " as I have already clearly stated".
I am so disappointed, I was treated horribly. And only because I was trying to understand. I feel that no family should have to put up with that type of treatment, especially as paying customers.

We had a great experience over all with this service. They worked with our specific situation and they were all especially pleasant to deal with.

We are so happy to finally be together permanently and wish everyone who is in the same boat lots of luck and patience!
