Definitely communication malfunction several times for several months in a row non communication ball dropping real disappointed what a let-down

Although there were a lot of communication issues during our situation that I was not pleased with, I do appreciate the effort made to make the situation right by the office staff after the fact. Which did end in a mutual acceptance.

This law firm has been wonderful about handling our legal matters. Highly recommend.
