In my opinion the "lawyers" at Martinis and Hill are a special kind of stupid. They actually played recording of the dad and daughter lawyer in my law class using them as an example of what not to do. (I guess it is a father and daughter team with one or two others), but yea to the best of my recollection there is a property management company Northwest Pacific Property Management , from what I understand they hired these people to I scare negative reviewer's from posting about their intimation practices, discrimination practices, asbestos and code violations.
Both calls where recorded and like a fool the daughter lawyer states that the reviews on twitter and Craig's list is what is doing the damage, they said the would sue if everything was not taken down and they demanded to received 10k, lol after being laughed at, they were dared to sue. They did not , they ran and stopped taken calls!
They ended up empowering the opposition, so much that their client was the one who ended up getting sued.
Lol Whenever someone like these people threaten you call the reporters group or the OSB and have a lawyer explain to you why truth is an absolute defense.
Byron Farley represented me in a personal injury case and did a wonderful job! He kept me apprised of the progress of the case and clearly has a deep understanding of this area of the law. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal representation.

I was referred to Mr. Farley after encountering significant challenges in dealing with an insurance company. I was pleasantly surprised when he took everything out of my hands, making the entire process simple and pain-free. He was readily available when any questions popped up, and provided quality guidance throughout the process. I would highly recommend him and will certainly return if the need arises.

Absolutely the best law firm I have ever dealt with. Over 20 year's of representation. My cases have ranged from real estate, estate, construction, and municipal disputes. Under there guidance and my ability no not bring frivolous suites I have always come out on the right end. This firm has high standards and are extremely professional. If you need a firm to represent you I cannot think of a better one. Wes & Elena are awesome. All I can do is say thanks for all the hard work it is greatly appreciated.

"I came to Byron Farley following a motor vehicle accident. He helped me deal with the insurance company, which kept giving me low offers on my case. Within a matter of weeks, the insurance company significantly increased the offer and we settled the case. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and will not hesitate to work with him again, should the occasion arise."

Byron Farley did an excellent job helping resolve a dispute my family had with an insurance company. The insurance company was becoming very difficult to work with and causing unwanted stress on my 8 months pregnant wife and I. Byron took the issue off our hands completely and negotiated a resolution we were more than happy with. I would not hesitate to reach out to Byron at Martinis & Hill for any contract disputes and real estate related issues I might have in the future. Thank you!!

I was referred by a family member to resolve some estate planning issues and get advice on a contract. My relative has been successful using them in the past. After meeting for two hours I was billed $540 and felt like I had not gained anything in that two hours so I decided to use another attorney. When I received my bill I promptly paid. Several weeks later I received another bill for $10 because they called and left a message for a "status check." After calling to inquire about the additional fee, the assistant made up some excuse about "knowing I work odd hours and was unable to reach me." I work 8-5 M-F and never discussed my work schedule with them. I won't be doing business with them again.

I was referred here by a great law office I have worked with in the past. I called and explained my urgent needs and was told I would receive a call back the next day, but I didn't. I waited a couple of weeks waiting to hear back and then called again and was told I would be called the next day. I didn't receive a call again. Today I called and was told the legal aide was still unavailable and on a deadline so she'd have to call me back tomorrow. I declined, considering my experience thus far. Despite a professional referral, I was unable to speak with anyone let alone get legal help.
