My mother passed away without a will and things got messy therefor my family and I picked this firm because they seemed knowledgeable at the time. The first lawyer assigned to this case was a compassionate smart lady which unfortunately had to leave the firm. Mr. Holiday was assigned to the case and he fit every stereotypical characteristic of a lawyer. During our first meeting he was very passive and concluded it with letting me know that his hourly rate was much higher but not to worry he wouldn't charge me for this first one. He wouldn't listen to what our family wanted done. two years later and I am still here, I knew it would be a long process, I was told it would be done by May 2018. here I am November 2018 barely getting the amended and final account. Through out the process the communication between their staff was poor, almost nonexistent. Although they have received new assistants that seem to know what they are doing and have been helpful. This whole experience has been a headache and more stressful than it needed to be. I forgot to mention another lawyer was assigned to the case since Mr. Holiday left the firm, I was not notified until after the matter when an issue came up about a month ago. Choose another firm.
