Honestly me and my husband expected more from this place we had heard good about this place until we made an appointment and had a horrible experience. I would have to say it's a very unprofessional place specially for being a law office, I had higher expectations. To begin with we asked for an interpreter for my husband so he could understand the conversation more and what we got was a lawyer (kurt muntz) with an attitude because he had to translate, that being said i could have translated better. Not to mention he seemed highly annoyed and like we were wasting his precious time. I chose not to translate so i could focus more on the questions i had and so forth, I felt like we were being treated as if it was a free consultation appointment ( which it clearly was not!) and as if we were a burden. No one and i mean absolutely no one should ever have to feel like they are being a burden specially if they are traveling 3 hours away and pay good money to do so. I highly encourage anyone thinking of going to this law firm to try another law office before ever stepping foot here! Their are plenty of other law offices that would treat you way better and not belittle you.

They are able to work with you and touch down in human level not just business.

This place is the most unprofessional in Salem. It's a family business and their use to dealing with uneducated people. STAY AWAY DON'T EVER USE THEM.
