I got my LLC and EIN the same day. This was a lot quicker than I expected from previous experience. They may be a bit more expensive than bargain basement discount providers, but a few bucks more was worth saving any potential headaches.

The work this firm has done for me has been very pleasantly timely, professional and priced right. I have been the business of corporate tax planning for several decades and it is always nice to find a great firm to work with.

A partner turned me onto this service when I mentioned needing a new company. Wyoming is the best place for holding companies and the prices here can't be beat. I did a quick google search and there's over 100 pages of content to read through. I gave up after reading just a few pages, but couldn't help but feel if I had a question they could answer it.

Negative experience. I do not recommend this service for foreign businesses. They firstly formed an LLC for me which went smoothly, I then requested an EIN which I accidentally submitted for $100 (they started the paper work without even informing me it's an additional $75 for foreigners). They obviously did this so they can charge me regardless. They should've notified me of the up-charge before beginning any of the work. After being notified of the additional $75 charge, I requested a refund and decided to file it my self (You can file an EIN quite easily yourself) and with my refund request came an answer that they will refund only $12.50 out of the $100 I paid, got it up to a $50 refund. If you're not from Wyoming and looking to incorporate, Go elsewhere that will actually care about you, there's tons of places.

Cloud Peak is very thorough, highly efficient, and friendly! Their prices are very reasonable, and they have all the services a business needs!

Everything is done online. I didn't even have to talk to them, lol, and it was completed within their promised 24 hours.

I used them to move my company from Nevada (escaping the high fees) and it was simple. They handled all the paperwork and kept my company anonymous.

They even made several inquiries to government officials on my behalf when unique circumstances required, and that was before I even purchased the package. Mark is one of the most rude people I have spoken to in my life. I called to set up a consultation and had a few questions before I set a time. He rudely responded to everyone of my questions like they were ridiculous and snapped back the same answer every time "just come in and we can discuss it".
