This company had the audacity to call me regarding my dead mothers debt . They refused to tell where they were calling from. It's funny that they are doing illegal things. I have a very close friend who owns a collection agency. I was told to contact the Attorney General. Did so and discovered that it is in fact illegal to try and collect these debts. I will be filing a formal complaint with the AG. So just for everyones info these people are trash. My mother has been gone 6 months and died with nothing to her name. And they want to tell me she had an estate and sent me a letter demanding a check.

This company has been contacting me multiple times for YEARS now asking about an estranged family member that I have no contact with - as in I have no idea of their address, phone number, anything. I have mentioned this to the woman who keeps calling, multiple times. She continues to call me AND my husband who has zero relationship with this estranged family member! I have recently blocked the number but continue to get voicemails.

I understand they are trying to collect a debt from someone, and I get that sometimes it's necessary to contact whatever family members and acquaintances they can find by doing online searches. But there is such thing as harassment. When these people repeatedly tell you to stop calling and you have no relationship with said person - STOP.

They do thier job.

This place is a joke, they don’t even deserve a review. Just call them...within 5 minutes of talking to either Angie or Jane you’ll see what I mean.

Horrid customer service; avoid at all costs. I spoke to Tanya (or Tasha? Not sure of her name because she was mumbling and indirect the whole time we spoke). I had to tell her over 4 times that I moved out of state and had not even received any information in the mail. She then got sassy with me, telling me they sent me a letter 3 weeks ago. Well lady, if you had been listening to me, I moved and had no idea I was even sent a letter. If you hate your job so much, go work somewhere else maybe? Unless you’re okay with being vile and nasty all day? Also, be sure that when paying anything to verify that you will get a receipt. Tanya tried getting me to pay without any proof that my account would be taken care of.

Good luck. They treat you like criminals or something even if you are trying to ask simple questions.

Nicole called me today as she has in the past looking for someone other than myself. She was very rude and vile and did not inform me of why she was calling MY NUMBER looking for a specific person. She snarkishly said "it's business related."

She is also calling my family members with the same nasty tone and attitude. How can a business employ this kind of person. I sincerely hope someone reads these reviews as I am clearly not the first to report of such behavior.

Super unprofessional and very harassing knowing I owe them absolutely nothing and have no affiliation with this company at all.

First and foremost if I could give them no stars I would.
Second; Katie is the most rude, convoluted, unhelpful person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking too. Couldn’t even answer the most simple question as to why my payments weren’t going through, even though she has had all of my correct information for MONTHS. Also gave me about 2-3 different quotes as to what I owed and what interest has accrued on my account. Then suggested I just pay the full amount and be done with it. Ummm if I had the full amount why in the heck would I set up a payment plan and subject myself to the torture of talking to you ever again?
And third; Crystal, the receptionist, how come you couldn’t give me an answer as to who Katie’s boss is? She simply said that Katie is her boss but couldn’t give me a name of one single person other than her that I could talk to. Crystal just kept stating “One of our other Managers will call you.” So of course I asked “Could you give me a name of who I should expect to talk to?” Crystal responded with “Just one of our other managers.” SERIOUSLY? You can’t even give me a name? How unprofessional and unsettling. I will be doing a search of who owns/runs this collection company and they will definitely be working to make this right. I am so angry and hurt with the service I received and pray that I will never have to talk to either of those women ever again.

This place has all the time in the world to call the family members of the people they are trying to collect money from and they are very rude. The next time they call my number I'm gonna hit them with a law suit!

This company just called my sister to contact me because there is a debt associated to a phone number thats used to belong to me.

The debt is not mine.

The number is not mine.

But the number ONCE belonged to me, and was on the same account as my sister, so this rude woman called my sister to contact me.

Pretty sure that's against the Fair Debt Collections Protections Act (FDCPA).

I know i owe what they say but to be treated like you dont deserve to be a live is a little childish . you will have a money odder in the mail what i can pay this month . sorry stoped looking for good in people bc of people like kate treating me worthless .if im worthless u are to bc we all human.
