WOULD NOT RECOMMEND-zero concern for clients, the worst customer service-absolutely no concern or revere for customer service whatsoever, MINIMAL involvement if even that.
My mother's case was left to Leann and we have been working with her for a few years now. My mother is in her mid 60's now and has tried to call for clarification or even a simple explanation as to what the letters she is receiving mean and is never given an answer or explanation. I have often heard the response is "well what does it say in the letter" she can read-she is not an invalid-she is simply trying to decipher through all the legal jargon in your letters. You could at least have the decency to use terminology someone without a law degree could understand.

Leeann goes off the word of a person without checking facts and bases decisions of wording! She is the worst child support evaluator I have ever met in my life. She did not even check to make sure the other parent was telling the truth!
