Unless you are a female, completely 100 percent broke with no job, a minority (Somali or Hispanic) in Willmar, MN, or something along them lines, then I suggest that you DO NOT try and get help from this place.
I tried to get help because I COULD NOT AFFORD a regular attorney cause I paid over $900 a month in child support, but did they care? NOPE! They claim I made too much and did not support deductions such as child support.
Well, I guess they claim they did use it as a deduction, but ONLY if you qualified grossly. If you qualified grossly, then there would be no need for a deduction. Take the real facts of what I take home net and see the true reality in which I face. NOPE... They again do not care.
So, when I was dealing with Child Support and Custody that I was trying to seek help from this place for, they denied me. I asked the lady who sounded older the following -
"So, I cannot get help because I make too much even though we both know I don't because of the taxes, child support, and deductions from my check, BUT my ex can quit both her jobs and come and ask for help and you would help her without hesitation?"
The ladies response who works there was as follows:
"OH PLEASE!! I do not need to sit here and listen to this. You have a good day, good-bye. "
She does not want to sit there and listen to it because she IS a female and on top of that she probably hears that a lot throughout the day as well most of all -----> "IT'S THE TRUTH!!!"
It is a sad fact that places that are corrupt and do not care about the truth in this world are the first ones to ignore or try to avoid it.
What a sad world! Avoid this place like it is the plague. That is my best recommendation to any of you who do not fit the bill as I had mentioned at the beginning of this post.
