She was very rude and condescending. When asked to clarify certain points again (keep in mind after retainer was paid), she replied, "I've already gone over that." in a disrespectful way.
She did not come across as kind or competent. When we decided to switch to another attorney she somehow managed to create $900 in charges against our retainer before refunding the rest.
Only recommendation is to stay away. Find an attorney that can respectfully and empathetically answer your questions.
