Review: Every time I have walked in for taxes the ladies at the reception desk have attitude towards me and seem very rude and only want to talk to each other. When they answer the phone it’s nothing more than “law office”- no pleasant greeting or anything like that. Customer service draws customers, so that needs to be fixed.
