Review: I would give no stars if I could. She was supposed to represent my son. This lady spoke to me so disrespectfully the very first phone call. I finally asked after 15 minutes if she was seriously speaking to me like that and then I just hung up. I hired someone else with manners that spoke to my son and I respectfully.
