Review: Response to posted negative review: We are never rude nor do we hang up on people. Giving out your name to a lawyer goes beyond politeness and common courtesy. Lawyers are required by law to identify potential clients for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that lawyers are required by law to run a conflicts check (to check for any conflict of interest) to see if they are permitted to represent a certain individual.
