Jim is an absolutely amazing attorney. The case seemed to drag on forever, especially waiting for the judge's final order, but I won! I wanted 50/50 custody and that's what I got.
My case was a little different because my daughter's mother and I were never married so I didn't even have a slightly even playing field from the get go. I switched over to him from another attorney, who while both nice and competent, does not have the same bull dog attitude as Jim does. He also pushed for income information that was supposed to be given during Discovery but the other lawyer didn't push to get. I think that information went a long way towards convincing the judge that my daughter's mother was perfectly capable of working if she actually chose to which drastically brought down my child support amount once we both had her half the time.
I never once felt that I was annoying him with my questions and I also never felt like I was being nickel and dimed for each thing that he did for me. He was also immediately available to me after hours when an emergency situation came up.
I truly think that if I had gone with Jim originally, my daughter would not have already been 17 months old before I finally had everything resolved. Going from four hours on Wednesday and a 17 hour total overnight visit every other week to having my child 50% of the month is...indescribable.

When our attorney dropped us at the last minute Jim was there to help us immediately. He was up front with how long the trial could last and it could become very costly. We appreciate him being honest about those things. He is a great lawyer who works hard for his clients. In the end we got what we wanted.
Jim is an incredibly hardworking attorney. He took on our case when other attorney's wouldn't due to it's complexity. He was always responsive, even weekends and evenings. He was very honest with us as to expectations. And after a very long battle, he was successful. He is amazing at his dedication and commitment.

Jim just operates in his own little bubble and doesn't pay any attention to anything you say. He doesn't care what you want at all and won't give you any details about what it is that he's actually doing.
I personally paid over $7,000 before giving up because we accomplished absolutely nothing. I would have probably been better off putting $7,000 in a pile and lighting it on fire because at least then it would have provided me with some warmth.

Was told could have a free consult on Monday and was called back 2 days later to tell me I couldn't afford their services. The lady was incredibly rude when I asked any questions I was told I'd have to pay a 1000+ retainer and a 325 an hour fee to get any answers. Sorry sir Jim doesn't give free advice were her exact words. After that phone call I wouldn't use this law office if you paid me.

Best FRL in sarpy county and he has the track record to prove iit.Athough I still beleive the judicial system is still systematically designed to milk the most that they can out of parents.
While in the process diminishing parental rights; which in its self is illegal for any courts to alter anyones parental rights. None the less you will always have a money hungry woman after the fathers money via using thier own child as a weapon...smh if this wasn't a fact in today's society, Jim would be broke lol thank god for you Jim nothing but good feedback here.
