They charged me $125 to read an email I sent less then a paragraph long! I didn’t believe some of the bad reviews before I hired them but now I know they really are scammers. The lawyer they gave me in the court room was terrible and was on holiday leave when I really needed help and then quite working there half way through the case. They charge you for every minute they can and do things without you asking them too. Thinking of hiring them run the other way as fast as you can!
(Update 18Apr2019) When I posted my initial review I also made a call to the corporate office to complain about my poor experience. I was directed to a voicemail which still hasn't been returned. Being a new company in Lincoln and advertising on the radio but not caring about word of mouth is counterproductive!
(Original Review 15Mar2019) Most lawyers blow you off as soon as they get the retainer, this location blew me off twice before I could pay them $100 for a consolation. The receptionist lied to me and tried to convince me I had made an appointment with a different attorney because the one I was scheduled to see was "running long" with someone else. I waited a week for this consolation and had time sensitive things to discuss. I was prepared, they were not. Don't pay someone who isn't prepared to work for $200+/hr.
