This firm represents Professional Recovery Services which is a very predatory and unempathetic company. I offer my money to rectify a debt over a 12 month period and they flat out refused my money and offer. So now we are dragging it through the mud simply so they can squeeze more money out me, my wife and 2 kids. Not debt collectors, DEBT PREDATORS. According to the lady at the office that sounds like she smokes a million cigarettes, I was being argumentative in our conversation. YOU'RE PROFESSION IS LEGAL. IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE SOMEONE QUESTIONING AND DEBATING YOUR PRACTICE, THEN GET THE F OUT!

How are you going to put a lien on something when you garnish and recieve payment IN FULL . Then you send a letter requesting a "lien" be continued for another 90 days?!? A lien for WHAT?!? We rent and he doesn't own his truck . I've heard nothing good about this business and dealing with them due to Bryan Hospital you guys definitely live up to your reputation! Go ahead and get that 90 day extension on whatever you claim to have a lien on .
We will be calling the courthouse Monday and probably your office.

These people have no sense of morals. Don't care about people and are law robots only out to get money. Awful, awful people. I have always contacted them and have been willing to pay on my student debt and they continue to prey after my money and lie about my payments. I wouldn't want to be anyone of them on judgement day because they've been in my prayers and God knows very well how awful they are.

We have used Cada Law Offices for years. Jim has always done our family law. Recently, as a small business we were directed to Ed Hoffman. He was very professional and did an excellent job for us. The lawyers in this law firm have reasonable charges as well. We feel both of these qualities represent a highly professional law firm.

Only reason this firm wins is because they bully people! They get the job done but at what cost! I don't know how these people or anyone that's used them sleeps at night.

Patty, whoever she is. Is rude as can be. She acts like the money is personally owes to her and her rude remarks are unnecessary. She has no idea what has happened in my life. I asked when she sent the release for my garnishment to be stopped due to them being overpaid already and her response was. I wish it was this easy for me to get the money from you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Hope Patty has a terrible day! This place is ridiculous.
