Really good lawyer. He worked hard for my case and got everything I asked for. Someone said he took more money than he said he would but that is not true, I had him and he took what he was supposed too. RECOMMEND him for anyone looking for a good lawyer that will get you what you want.

Was only suppose to take 1/3 of the amount that was COLLECTED. He took way over half and counted $$ that were NOT guaranteed. Yet he added that amount included that wasn't guaranteed and that $$ amount wasn't paid by the hospital and Medicare yet he kept that money for himself. For him to get more money back then what we got about a hundred dollars more then us so that is OVER HALF he took. We were told there are no good lawyers in town of Pekin and now we end up believing it we got one ck for $8300.00 and he the lawyer got over $8400. We are calling the BBB plus Illinois Bar assoc. On this.plus there was another ck that was for $7300 he only gave me about $2300 Out of OVER $7300.00 and he kept the rest of that ck. So total its way over 1/3 of the amount HE recd. On BOTH CKS. He was rude and always too busy to take the time to actually talk to us and explain things better. Which there is no explanation why on 2 separate cks he got way more then me with both cks when his cut was suppose to be a 1/3 . Yet he got quite a bit more than me so basically he took WAY more the 1/2 with both cks.Dale also told us that THE CK OVER $7300 Was our $$ bc the INS. CO ENDED UP PAYING THE BILL THAT MEDICARE ENDED PAYING BACK. HE EVEN HAD IT SIT ASIDE IN AN ACCOUNT. DALE THOMAS IS NOT RECOMMENDED IN OUR OPINION OR EXPERIENCE AND FEEL HE TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF US. COCKY ATTITUDE AND CUTS U OFF WHEN I ASK ANY ?'S ETC. WOULD GIVE LESS THEN ONE STAR BUT NOT GIVEN THAT OPTION. PERIOD. BRANDON SARFF IS NO BETTER EITHER IN PEKIN AS WELL. IF IT WASN'T FOR CLIENTS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE ANY CLIENTS AND DOING OTHER WORK. OH MY BF WENT DOWN THERE TO GET COPY OF HIS STUFF AND DALE AND HIS SECRETARY WERE RUDE TO HIM FOR WANTING HIS RECORDS AND WANTED TO TALK TO ME BC I LEFT A BAD REVIEW AND TOLD ME TO TAKE THE REVIEW OFF. I WILL NOT TAKE THIS REVIEW OFF WHEN HE CUTS U OFF NEVER HAS TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS AND NOW HIS SECRETARY IS RUDE BC I LEFT A BAD REVIEW AND WANTED ME TO CHANGE OR TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN.
