Zero stars. I hired Hall-Justice Law Firm 2 years ago to represent my son in a criminal charge - to the tune of $595.00. Fast forward to present day - the criminal charge was never filed by the prosecuting attorney, therefore never went to court. After repeated attempts to contact Hall-Justice for a refund of the fees I paid, I received a voicemail stating "We have spent these past 2 years checking to see if the case has been filed - no you don't get a refund". I have never received a final accounting - had ZERO communication with her since the day I hired her. Will never recommend or use her again.

We're from approximately 80 miles from attorney Susannah Hall-Justice's office in Lafayette. My son had to appear
In court in lafayette. He had conversed with her on phone prior to court date. We actually met her on court date. Court went as she told us it would. She seemed to genuinely care about my son (her client). I got a good feeling about her as a person. Her legal qualifications left me with no doubt. After court she helped guide us through the maze of legal red tape that was made tougher by the fact that we don't know the town of Lafayette or Tippecanoe county. I'm happy we chose her. I came to Susannash facing something I have never experienced. I was nervous and so scared. I was completely lost on what to do or where to begin. The first time I called her, SHE answered the phone and SHE answered my questions. It wasn't a secretary telling me to set an appointment a week in advance to discuss what is going on and see if it is a case they are willing to take on. She spoke to me like a human being and never once judged me. I called in a couple of times before hiring her and each time she spoke to me, answered every question, and gave me the best advice on what to do. Needless to say, I hired her! She was able to turn one of the most stressful moment in my life to a positive experience. She had my case settled before the initial court hearing.
