I highly recommend Blackburn and Green. I worked with Attorney Chris Blackburn and Taylor. Even though my case was "small", Attorney Blackburn and Taylor listened and provided frequent updates on the progress of the case. My case was handled with high level of professionalism. Furthermore, they worked to settle the claim fairly and promptly.

I have dealt with blackburn and greene now 4 times and have never had a bad experience until now. They settled the case without having all the medical bills paid for and are now telling me to pay for them out of pocket. Totally a waste of time getting them to represent me in this traffic accident which was not my fault but are paying several thousand dollars out of my pocket. They will do nothing to fix there errors. They assigned 3 different people to work my case as 2 of the three quit or got fired so my case fell through the cracks. They being RT greene himself dont recollect me telling them certain things so my advice if your using this attorney is document everything in writing or by tape recorder becaus ethey will tell you they dont remember or that certain things talked about didnt even happen. I hope all you out there that have been hurt in a accident please choose the right attorney for your claim. Im walking away from this claim feeling cheated by my own attorneys RT Greene and company.. I have never been so miss treated by a associate of theres named Tracie not sure on her last name and it doesnt matter anyways. She point blank told me to deal with the bills and to read the fine print on the declaration page of what they are paying back. They also make if look like they group the bills together but trust me they arent all payed in full. The bill collectors will come for you it just takes time. When the bills have your name on them you will be responsible for them so dont sign and cash the final check from your attorneys until you know for sure that the bills are being paid as if they dont pay them you will in the end as I have and will be responcible for all that call me from this day on. Shame on you RT greene and Tom Blackburn.... I give you a F---- and I feel that you royally screwed your customer.......... Dated 1-30-2019 Mr.Green stop the LIES!!! You think anyone reading this will believe that you didnt have a copy of all the medical bills? Come on and smell the coffee. I have shown my case to two other local attorneys and they both said the same thing. They dont believe your large firm didnt get a copy of the medical bills and your post is 100% a LIE. You had and still have all my medical bills because I shipped them to you as would all clients that go to a attorney. Society is not stupid. I will be sending the 7500 dollar check back to your firm and I expect you will keep some of it as you do not know how to run a lugit business anymore. I think you have turned greedy. I understand you need alot of money to cover your adds on radio and TV but if a client hires you then do them a good job like you used too. Like star wars dont turn to the dark side as I feel you have. Start getting back on track and I will change my attitude towards your firm. If you would have done your job in the beginning I wouldnt have to waste all this time typing bad things ....... Check is on its way back to you so look up all my bills in your folders and make sure no one calls me or comes after me in court this time. What ever is left that you dont kkep please send it back asap. Hopefully you can stop hiding behind the internet and talk to me man to man... Follow up posted 2-10 2019

I was injured in a car wreck as a passenger and they told me that they could take my case.. so they assigned me a lawyer (r t green) without me even knowing anything or even speaking with him... I called to follow up with them a couple times left messages no one returned my call then I tried again finally get someone and they told me malissa was my case manager she was very very rude huffed and puffed on the phone with me and all.. She said she didn’t even look at my case yet that whole office is rude.. I would not recommend these people I fired them.. they lied and said I cursed them out I’m so glad I didn’t proceed with this firm... now I’m with a way better firm with 5.0 stars and better customer service✌
